Welcome to Shiftly. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our moving services. By booking a move with us, you accept these terms in full. Our goal is to provide a seamless shift for every client.
Binding Quotes: All final pricing is based on the inventory list provided during the booking process.
Rate Consistency: We offer competitive rates and aim for a stress-free experience from start to finish.
Additional Charges: Any items not included in the original inventory may be subject to additional fees on moving day.
Booking Confirmation: A move is officially scheduled only after a confirmation email is sent by our logistics experts.
Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move to avoid a service fee.
Rescheduling: We provide the clarity and support you need to adjust your shift dates, subject to availability.
Standard Coverage: Shiftly provides standard limited liability coverage for all transported goods as required by law.
Valuables: High-value items (jewelry, cash, heirlooms) should be moved personally by the client and are not covered under standard transport terms.
Damage Claims: Any claims for damaged items must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the move.
Packing Standards: If you are packing yourself, boxes must be taped and secured. Shiftly is not responsible for damage inside boxes packed by the client.
Access: Clients must ensure a clear path for movers at both the pickup and delivery locations, including elevator access if applicable.
